On average, all of our cleaners hold over 8 years of professional cleaning experience before they can apply to work for us. Pairing you up to a local cleaner is vital as this means the cleaner spends less time travelling, improving punctuality ensuring you have a reliable cleaner every time. We are one of the few cleaning companies who also organise an interview between the cleaner and the client prior to day one.

All of our cleaners operate to the same standard company wide. Having successfully passed our 3 interview stages, the cleaners receive direct training from our college. This ensures they are taught The Clean Principles way of doing things. We train our cleaners on:

• How to clean to our standard
• How to action our cleaning checklist which clearly outlines what must be cleaned in each room type (I.e. bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens and communal areas.
• How to safely keyhold for our clients
• How to maintain their uniform and personal grooming standards
• Customer relations

Our cleaning checklists are an extensive list of areas to be cleaned. It follows a systematic and mathematical approach to cleaning; cleaning from top to bottom and dry to wet. This ensures a standardised level of leaning company wide.

What matters most to us, is the relationship between us and our clients. As our cleaners are the face of this relationship, we ensure to match a cleaner to a client based on the following criteria;

• How close the cleaner lives to the client and the cleaners experience.
• If a cleaner lives close to the customer, this means they spend less time travelling. In our experience, this leads to better morale and long-term commitment to the client. This long-term commitment enables our cleaners and clients to develop a close relationship.
