Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes, we provide full insurance for complete peace of mind.
How experienced are your cleaners?
Our cleaners need at least 2 years of experience, solid references, and must pass our selection process.
Do you provide same day or next day cleaning?
Yes! This is our speciality.
What is the cancellation policy?
We request you give us 48 hours notice. We do appreciate that ‘life happens’ so do allow one ‘last minute cancellation’ free of charge.
Can I request the same cleaner every visit?
Yes – we encourage our cleaners to understand your way of doing things and how to settle into your rhythm.
Can I book a cleaner on evenings or weekends?
Yes, however, please note this is our busier period!
What areas do you over in London?
All areas within the M25.
Do you supply your own cleaning products or equipment?
We can supply specialist cleaning products for an additional charge – please see our Services page. The only equipment you will need to provide will be a hoover and mop.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning service?
This is entirely your choice – many of our clients leave a key in a secure lock box or make an arrangement directly with our cleaning professional.
What happens if I’m not happy with my clean?
Whilst this is very rare, we will offer you a complete re clean at a time convenient to you.
